• Cooking instructions:
• Grease the cooker with ghee/oil
• Take 500g of rice (Soak for 15-20 minutes) and then add 500g of Meat/Chicken/Veggies
• Close the lid, keep the flame low, and after 3 whistles switch off the flame.
• Add Gharuda Foods Arcot Briyani Mix
• Add soaked rice and Meat/Chicken /Veggies and then add (approx.) 1200 ml of water to the cooker.
• Add a little coconut milk to neutralize the spicy. (optional)
• Arcot Briyani Mix is ready to eat.
• On top of Briyani just pour a little ghee, then garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
