  • Chicken Ghee Roast is a very famous Manglorean dish and is an absolute delight to eat! It’s so flavourful and delicious!
  • SS Masalas Ghee Roast Masala can be used to prepare Egg, Paneer, or Gobi ghee roast.
  • Hygienically packed in a multi-layer metalized pouch along with an outer carton to keep the masala fresh, aromatic, and free from moisture
  • Free from MSG (Tasting Powder), artificial flavors, preservatives, or colors.
  • Ingredients: Red chili, Coriander, Jeera, Pepper, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Salt & Natural Spices
  • Prepare: Mix 500g chicken along with 1/4 bowl curd, 1/2 small lemon juice, and a teaspoon of turmeric - mix and keep it for 10 minutes.
  • In a vessel take 50g ghee, onion paste, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste fry it for 5 minutes then add 1/2 teaspoon jaggery along with the above marinated chicken fry it for 5 minutes. Add 30g SS GHEE ROAST POWDER and fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now tasty-spicy GHEE ROAST is ready.
